This community portal www.ampang971.com (including its subdomains) (“CP”) is operated by Perbadanan Pengurusan Ampang 971 Townhouse (“PPA971”) through an annual subscription from techactions.com (“techactions”). However, all content is copyright to PPA971 unless otherwise indicated or owned by a third party.
Users of the portal including Ampang 971 residents, tenants, visitors, vendors (“Members”) are granted a limited, revocable and non-transferable access and use of the CP generally required for Members to obtain the benefit of the Services.

Members’ use of any social media platforms is subject to the particular social media platform’s prevailing terms and conditions of use. By using any social media applications or features on the CP, Members consent and agree to be bound to the particular terms and conditions of use of the social media platform. Members also acknowledge and consent to the CP accessing information Members may have shared with the particular social media platform and contacting Members via the social media platform or via the information Members have shared, in accordance with the permissions Members have granted the CP via the social media platform. Members are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of use of each social media platform before engaging or interacting with the social media links, applications or features on the CP.
